Our wait list for 2025 is currently CLOSED for new clients.

 

If your referral is NOT urgent and your client meets the below criteria, you are welcome to submit a referral via the below link. Referrals will be assessed prior to acceptance onto our wait list to be seen in 2026.

For existing clients with urgent referrals, please contact us at admin@meaningfullifeot.com.au. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

 

We are a small Occupational Therapy business providing supports to adults with psychosocial disabilities who have an existing NDIS plan. Our OT's see clients who meet the below criteria.

 

•             Existing NDIS plan

•             Plan-managed or self-managed

•             Over 18

•             Have a Psychosocial Disability (incl. mental health diagnosis, Autism and/or Cognitive Impairment)

•             Located in the Toowoomba region
